Our toffee is made with the same process established almost a century ago in our commercial candy kitchen, high in the mountains west of Fort Collins. We start our major production in October just in time for the holiday gift giving season. (Of course our fabulous toffee is available year round.) This way we can guarantee our product is delivered at its freshest possible state. We hand stir each batch. We use the highest quality of sweet cream butter, sugar and nuts to ensure a rich, smooth, delicious toffee every time. We cover each batch with a layer of chocolate and ground nuts to maximize the eating enjoyment. Next, we hand pack each box and make ready to sell at shows or ship to anxious recipients.
